Phillips Public Charter School

PPCS will serve fifty elementary students' ages 6 through 10.5 years who experience severe learning challenges related to learning disabilities, limited cognitive abilities and emotional disturbances leading them to display aberrant behaviors which oftentimes interfere with normal classroom progress. A Phase-in expansion for Pre-K - 4 students and middle school student's ages 12.5 through 14.5 years of the same population will be offered within the first three years of operation. At maximum capacity, PPCS projects to serve two hundred students as described above in upgraded, self-contained classrooms.
